Advances in Pre-Clinical and Clinical Research (APCCR) is steadfastly committed to the principles of open science and the unhindered global dissemination of medical research. To support editorial processing, peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term preservation, APCCR charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of INR 10,000 per accepted article.

The APC supports the full publication workflow, including editorial assessment, peer review administration, copyediting, layout preparation, online publication, website hosting, and archiving. This fee helps APCCR maintain an efficient and sustainable open-access publishing model while keeping the published content freely accessible to all readers. The APC is the same regardless of article length unless a separate page-charge policy is stated on the journal website.
The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. The corresponding author will receive the invoice and payment instructions from the editorial office after acceptance. Publication processing will begin only after the APC payment requirements have been completed, unless a waiver or written exemption has been granted by the journal.
APCCR may consider waiver or discount requests in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the editorial office. Requests should be submitted at the time of submission or immediately after acceptance, together with supporting documentation if required. Waiver decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not affect the scientific review process.
Payments should be made only after receiving the official invoice from the journal. The invoice will include the amount due, payment reference, and the method of remittance. If applicable, taxes or statutory charges will be added in accordance with prevailing regulations. Any questions regarding billing, invoicing, or payment confirmation should be directed to the editorial office listed on the journal website.
The APC does not influence editorial decisions, and acceptance depends solely on the manuscript's scholarly quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance. No submission fee or review fee is charged at any stage before acceptance. APCCR reserves the right to update APC-related terms periodically, and the applicable fee will be the one stated on the journal website at the time of acceptance.
